One-of-a-Kind Philippine Hand-Made Rattan Decorative Insects
These bugs are as cute as the ones in the proverbial rug. Tightly woven rattan has been formed into adorable grasshoppers, butterflies, and bees. These items are completely unique, and look wonderful in the patio, in a laundry room, adorning a planter, or even peeping from among the foliage in a planter.
These insect figures were purchased in 1985, and it would be hard to find anything like them today. Nevertheless, their condition is fine to excellent. Each creation is light as a feather (just under an ounce), so they can be anchored to just about anything. If you have crafting skills, you could combine several of them to make a unique mobile for a child's bedroom. Offered here are a selection of three of these winged arthropods for your enjoyment.
